According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, job growth is expected to continue at a higher than average pace for Business Analytics.
Numerous business analyst positions are available within most organizations. Job growth for a few example roles are below.

- Operation Research Analyst – 25%
- Market Research Analyst – 18%
MBA
The Bureau of Labor Statistics says job growth for management positions is expected to be 9% from 2020 to 2030. Management positions earned the highest income of all of the BLS groups.
Masters degrees have a high return on investment (ROI). According to the Wall Street journal, “At about 98% of universities that offer master’s of business administration programs, graduates typically made more money two years out of school than they had borrowed, a Wall Street Journal analysis of federal student loan data for nearly 600 programs found.” In addition, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, on average, those with a masters degree earn approximately $13,000 more per year than those with a Bachelor’s degree.
