Pay Your Bill

To see your bill, click the Financial tab at the top of my.gcc.edu:

Then click on Course and Fee Statement in the right-hand menu:

TO VIEW YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT STATEMENT USING STUDENT LOGIN:
  • Login to your myGCC account at https://my.gcc.edu/ics
  • Click on ‘Financial Info’
  • Under ‘My Account’, select ‘Course and Fee Statement’
  • Click on ‘Generate my Course and Fee Statement’
  • Click on ‘View my Course and Fee Statement’
  • Statements are often multiple pages – be sure to scroll down until you see ‘Amount Due’
  • Your statement can be forwarded via email to anyone providing you with financial assistance by selecting File – Send – Page by Email.  A hardcopy of the statement can also be printed as necessary.
TO VIEW YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT STATEMENT USING PARENT LOGIN:

Login to your myGCC account at https://my.gcc.edu/ics.

To use your parent log in information:

  • Click on the Parent Tab
  • View My Students – click on the student’s name
  • On the bottom right, click on Student Account Information
  • Select ‘My Account Balances’
  • Click on ‘Course and Fee Statement’
  • Click on ‘Generate my Course and Fee Statement’
  • Click on ‘View my Course and Fee Statement’
TO PAY YOUR BALANCE ONLINE:

To make either an e-check or credit card payment using your student login:

  • Login to your myGCC account at https://my.gcc.edu/ics
  • Click on ‘Financial Info’
  • Under the ‘My Account’ section, click on ‘Go to CASHNet’
  • Select the blue link “Click here to make a payment’
  • Select Student Account payment to pay fines and Tuition costs or Crimson Cash Deposit to make a deposit to Crimson Cash
  • Type in or accept the amount prefilled and choose ‘Add to Basket’
  • Choose ‘Checkout’
  • Select your payment method and follow the prompts to fill in payment information
  • Select ‘Continue’
  • Type in your email address and confirm payment information and select ‘Pay $__’

To make either an e-check or credit card payment using a parent portal login:

  • Login to https://my.gcc.edu/ics using Parent ID # (not email address) and Password
  • Select Parent Tab and under View my Students, Click on Student’s Name
  • Scroll down and select Student Account Information on the bottom right
  • To make a payment, select My Account Balances, Go to CASHNet, and continue the checkout process

Electronic Check (e-check) Payments: There is no fee to make an e-check payment. The payment is simply withdrawn from your checking account the following day.After selecting the electronic check payment option when following the steps listed above, you will enter your bank’s 9–digit routing number and your bank account number (not your debit card number) which are found on the bottom of your paper checks.

Debit/ Credit Card Payments: For a fee of 2.75% of the transaction, you may pay your student account with a credit card.The entire amount of the fee goes directly to CASHNet, a third-party payment processing company, and does not benefit the College.

REFUNDS:

100% refunds are given only before the first class session. For example, if a course begins on Monday, it must be dropped no later than Sunday to receive a full refund.

If a student drops a course after the first session, they will receive a 75% refund.

Students receive an email to their GCC e-mail account with instructions on how to view their statement and pay their bill online.
