On my last post called 25 Excellent Events on Campus<\/a>, I missed a number of important events. So here are 25 more events on Grove City College campus:<\/p>\n

  1. 24 Hour Prayer <\/strong>–\u00a0Students pray for important causes and lost souls overnight.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. ABT Okie Midnight Breakfast<\/strong> – Live music and pancakes!<\/li>\n
  3. AEXmas<\/strong> – A chill Christmas celebration on AEX hall.<\/li>\n
  4. AEX vs. Rho Football Game <\/strong>–\u00a0Watch these two groups play backyard football in order to win the glorious Lunch Tray Trophy.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Arts Fest<\/strong> – Celebrating art with poetry readings, lectures, student art exhibits, etc.<\/li>\n
  6. Battle of the Bands <\/strong>–\u00a0All proceeds go to Mission of Hope.<\/li>\n
  7. Bay Buchanan Lecture <\/strong>–\u00a0Hear from treasurer under Ronald Reagan and youngest person to ever hold that position!\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Big Man on Campus<\/strong> – A male pageant aiming to raise money for the American Cancer Society.<\/li>\n
  9. Ed Talks<\/strong> – Styled after TED talks, these are short lectures by GCC professors.<\/li>\n
  10. Festivus<\/strong> – Celebrate Festivus with the Adels and Gamma Chis.<\/li>\n
  11. Free Bowling Night<\/strong> – Courtesy of the Student Government Association.<\/li>\n
  12. Hickstoberfest <\/strong>–\u00a0<\/strong>Kegs of free root beer, grilled sausages, arm wrestling competitions, caber toss, etc. on \u00a0Hicks lawn.<\/li>\n
  13. Homecoming<\/strong> – Games, music, dances, and the homecoming parade make an excellent homecoming week.<\/li>\n
  14. Life Advocates 5K Walk\/Run<\/strong> – A beautiful Saturday morning run raising funds for the Alpha Omega Center in Slippery Rock, PA.<\/li>\n
  15. Monster Mash<\/strong> –\u00a0A Halloween-themed dance; costumes recommended!<\/li>\n
  16. Monte Carlo Night<\/strong> – Classic card games, fabulous prizes, and fancy mocktails.<\/li>\n
  17. OB<\/strong> – Everything<\/em> Orientation Board. The Graffiti Dance, All-Campus Worship, Night Under the Stars, Carnival, Olympics, Off Broadway, Street Dance, etc.<\/li>\n
  18. One Act Festival<\/strong> – A theater production.<\/li>\n
  19. Orchesis Performances<\/strong> – Dance performances by Orchesis Dance Troupe in the spring and fall.<\/li>\n
  20. The Pink Dance<\/strong> – A night of dancing, games, and PINK. Proceeds go to\u00a0Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.<\/li>\n
  21. Relay for Life<\/strong> – A fun event raising funds to end cancer.<\/li>\n
  22. Salvo Blacklight Dance<\/strong> – Swing dancing under blacklights in goofy, glowy outfits.<\/li>\n
  23. Sunset Sprint<\/strong> – An evening 5K to support the United Community Hospital Lifeline Service.<\/li>\n
  24. Symphony Orchestra Performances<\/strong> – Music performances by the GCC orchestra.<\/li>\n
