Instructors may expect students to have a Windows PC with a stylus.

Please note that MAC’s may be acceptable in some programs, but not all courses are compatible with a MAC.  In addition, some programs require a Windows PC.

Reliable internet is of utmost importance.  You should have a minimum bandwidth speed (up/down) of 5 Mbps.  You can test your speed at fast.com. Select “Show more info” to see the results of the speed test.

All entering Grove City full-time students receive a Windows laptop with stylus.  These computers are intended to run software over a 4 year period, so the specifications below are a high bar.  Compare the specifications of your computer to the specs of the laptops of incoming freshman.
