Helping YOU find and pursue your calling and purpose is central to our Career Services Office (CSO) mission. We believe that God has placed a specific calling on each student’s life and that college is a wonderful time to hone skills and gain experiences central to equipping you for life.

2) We have a method that works
Our CSO follows a 4-step process for each student, from assessment to pursuing tangible opportunities.
How successful is it? Grove City College has received numerous high rankings related to value, return on educational investment, and success of graduates. One result of this process is the year-after-year consistent success of GCC graduates across majors: last year, within 6 months of graduation at a 95% response rate, 97% of GCC graduates were employed or were in a graduate school program.
How does this compare? Most programs at other colleges will measure 9-12 months out of graduation and/or have only a third of our response rate. Our statistic is robust!
3) We focus on life preparation: beyond your first job
Throughout the year, the CSO offers programming related to broader professionalism topics, such as networking nights, professional attire, etiquette dinners, and resume-writing workshops. Since multiple job changes and occasional career changes are the norm/expectation, the CSO offers skill-based training for students to learn how to navigate the ins and outs of mid-term and late-term career matters.
