We recognize that every transfer student has a different story and is in a different place in the transfer process. Because of this, our transfer application and the below steps can be done in any order. Start where you are! Any of these steps will let us know that you are interested in transferring to Grove City College, and we will be there every step of the way to answer any questions you have. To help you make this process as seamless as possible, we recommend following these four steps to smoothly navigate the process.
Transfer Credit Review
A transfer credit review is our way of looking at your transcripts and letting you know which credits will transfer to Grove City. The review will also estimate when you could expect to graduate and obtain your degree from Grove City. This review is a simple process. All you have to do is submit an unofficial transcript to admissions@gcc.edu and we will work with you to inform you of any additional information you need.
Interview
Interviewing plays a large role in our admissions process. While it is not required, it is highly recommended. Interviewing gives you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with one of our admissions counselors to ask questions; it helps us learn about your goals and accomplishments; and you will receive an application fee waiver. You can either schedule an in-person interview here or you can arrange a virtual interview with a counselor by emailing admissions@gcc.edu.
Visit Us!
Each school you are looking at is unique. Yes, you can research school size, majors offered, etc. but the only way to truly experience the atmosphere is to visit campus.
